5" Batman Prototypes

The following Batman prototypes came from a source close to Hasbro, here in Rhode Island. I also have five 12" Batman prototypes as well as prototypes to all three of the 12" G.I. Batman, unmarked

This is a Batman prototype from a newer line. The figure is not marked and has not been welded together. He comes in a total of 7 pieces. The 2 torso pieces are black while the arms, legs, and head are flesh-colored. He has some marker on the inside of his legs, presumably to show the desired changes.

This is a Batman prototype from the Batman Forever line. The figure is all black and unpainted. He has a rubber-like black cape and is marked: 1995, DC Comics Inc.

This is a Catwoman prototype from the Batman Returns line. The figure is all black and unpainted. She comes with her black, rubber whip and has whipping arm action. She is marked: 1992, DC Comics Inc., All Rights Reserved
