LEO He-Man Figures from India LEO Toys was the licensed producer of He-Man figures in India. There are only a few different characters known to have been produced. I hope to update this page as I obtain different pieces for my collection.

Top Toys Figures Here you can see my personal collection of licensed Top Toys Masters of The Universe Figures from Argentina. These figures appear to be made from the original Mattel mold but are made from different plastics and have different paint jobs. If you have any Top Toys figures, please let me know. Even if you do not want to sell them, I would like to see what else is out there.
